Nonprofit and human services organizations often just choose a name they know for their insurance provider. However, a speciality provider like Church Mutual shares in their mission and only serves purpose-driven organizations, making them a better fit than the well-known providers. But Church Mutual isn't a familiar name to these audiences. So we developed an awareness campaign that was designed to create an emotional bond with food programs, childcare providers and other mission-driven organizations, helping to introduce the Church Mutual name in an authentic, relevant and memorable way. Post-campaign research showed a 146% increase in respondents who stated Church Mutual is “one of the best” commercial insurance providers.
